Instructions to redeem your Pre-Paid Vouchers/Gift Tickets

Online voucher redemption for Slidewaters & Lakeside Surf is only for schedule based vouchers (Surf Sessions, cabanas, pavilions). Season Pass vouchers must be redeemed at Slidewaters during your season pass creation process. 

Click on the button below and enter your voucher into the search box. Select your activity and you will be asked to select the date and the number of vouchers of this type you would like to redeem (in most cases you will only have one voucher example you have 1 voucher good for 4 people). Once you add the date and time to the shopping cart. Please enter the Voucher Code into the designated field during the final step of checkout.
