Lead a dynamic team of all ages in providing shockingly great food and exceptional guest experiences across multiple food concepts at Slidewaters & Lakeside Surf. This year-round position offers a salary and bonus potential with in-season demand of over 50+ hours per week and off-season work low of less than 15 hours per week. This high-volume food service operation requires a unique leader to build the seasonal team, execute on expectations and drive the best results possible. This Manager leads in a way that produces happy Team Members who work hard to create happy guests. 

Responsible for the safety of all guests. Out-going and confident individuals working together as a Team to make sure every guest has a better than expected experience and leaves Slidewaters wanting to return for another visit. This customer satisfaction position is open to ages 16+ and requires CPR/1st Aid and a *Slidewaters Shallow Water Guarding certificate.  

Disguised as getting guests food, this dynamic Team works in a fast pace, happy and friendly environment delivering smiles and food to guests. Learn the ins and outs of food service and how the skills of customer service, cleanliness and problem solving translate to any job. This hard and rewarding position is open to ages 14+ and requires a Washington State Food Handlers card and a *Slidewaters Guest Service certificate.

The ultimate fun in the sun position! Surf Coaches help surfers of all levels improve on our world-class river-wave. This position requires enthusiastic and experienced surfers who are ready to engage our guest surfers in a manner that enhances their experience and helps them improve their skills. Full-time Surf Coaching is open to ages 18+ who preferrable have previous Slidewaters working experience. Part-time Surf Coaching is open to current Slidewaters Team Members who are at least 16 years old. All Surf Coaches must pass a skills test prior to receiving any shifts.  

The unheralded heroes of Team Slidewaters work to make sure the park grounds exceed our guest expectations daily. Operation positions include but aren’t limited to; grounds, pool ops, surf ops, facility maintenance, janitorial and security. Hard-working, reliability and perseverance are a must for these positions that are open to ages 16+.
